Maximum Compensation and Budget Requirement. Citizens’ obligation to pay Vendor for all Services accepted and reimbursable expenses under this Agreement (a) shall not exceed a total dollar amount of $27,470,933.00 (inclusive for all vendors procured under ITN 20-0035); and, (b) is contingent on the availability of budgeted funds approved by Citizens’ Board of Governors on an annual basis.
