Common use of Maximum Compensation Clause in Contracts

Maximum Compensation. Contractor’s rates shall be calculated at the rates set forth in the attached Exhibit A, The total maximum compensation cost for the performance of Services for a 3 year term, as described in Exhibit A, is four hundred seven thousand, seven hundred thirty- five dollars and 64/100 dollars ($407,735.64). In no case shall the amount paid by County under the Agreement or this Addendum exceed the total maximum compensation without an approved change order.
