Meal Breaks. 50.1 An Employee will not be required to work The Employer must ensure that:
(a) No employee works more than 5 four (4) consecutive hours continuously without a meal interval of not less than 30 minutes and not more than 60 minutes. 50.2 Meal breaks will not be regarded as time workedbreak.
50.3 Employees who are called back to work from their rostered (b) Each meal break will be granted lasts at least one-half (1/2) hour.

Meal Breaks. 50.1 An Employee Employees who work at least 4-6 consecutive hours will be provided a meal break not to exceed 15 minutes. Employees who work at least 6 consecutive hours will be provided a meal break not to exceed 30 minutes. The meal break will not be required included in the total hours of work per day but it is paid time.
