Meal Breaks. 20.1 Employees who work a shift of more than 5 hours duration are entitled to an unpaid meal break in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Employee will be provided with a 30 minute meal break after they have worked five consecutive hours and before the end of their shift. The meal break is to be taken at a time agreed between the Employer and the Employee, taking into account the operational requirements of the Employer. 20.2 Where it can be conveniently arranged by the Employer, an Employee who works more than four consecutive hours on any day shall be allowed a paid 10 minute rest pause.
