Meal Breaks. 13.1 No employee shall be required to work for more than five hours without a meal break of not less than 30 minutes unless the employee would normally cease work within such period of 30 minutes, provided that the Company may require the employee to work on in an unforeseen emergency, or allow the employee to work on by mutual agreement, without a meal break and in such circumstances a meal break will be provided as soon as practicable. 13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, the times at which meal breaks will be taken shall be determined by the Company.
