Measurement Analysis. Lessee shall measure Ore, grade, take and analyze samples in accordance with industry practice, and shall keep accurate records thereof as a basis for computing the net proceed payments. These records shall be available for inspection and copying by Lessor at all reasonable times subject to the provisions of this Agreement regarding accounts, records and payments.
