Measurement and Test Equipment. Seller will ensure that all inspection, measuring, and test equipment, including mechanical, automated, or electronic inspection and test equipment, is suitable for its intended purpose and is capable of producing valid results. Seller will establish and maintain procedures to ensure that equipment is routinely calibrated, inspected, checked, and maintained. The procedures will include provisions for handling, preservation, and storage of equipment, so that its accuracy and fitness for use are maintained. Seller will ensure these activities are documented and available for review. Seller will ensure calibration is carried out in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 using written procedures and standards that are traceable to the applicable National Standards organization. Seller will ensure calibration is performed on all equipment used for product acceptance using OEM specifications. Spacelabs’ approval is required where lab developed methods are otherwise applied. Calibration records will define what the OEM specification requires, as well as both the “as found” and “as left” readings from the unit under calibration (UUC) when appropriate. When UUC is found to be out of tolerance, there will be procedures in place for remedial action and a written process for evaluating whether the Product or process was impacted by the test equipment found to be out of tolerance. Remedial action will include immediate notification to Spacelabs and will include a conclusion summary report outlining the results of the evaluation on product and processes impacted.

Measurement and Test Equipment. The supplier shall ensure that all of its monitoring and measuring equipment used to impact the manufacturing process is suitable (accuracy and precision) for its intended purposes and is capable of producing valid results. The supplier shall establish and maintain schedules for calibration and maintenance of the equipment. Calibration standards used for monitoring and measuring equipment shall be traceable to national or international standards.
Measurement and Test Equipment. The supplier must provide and maintain measuring and test equipment in sufficient quantities necessary to ensure continued accuracy. This equipment must be updated to reflect engineering changes. The supplier should maintain and conform to a written schedule for maintenance and calibration of such equipment.

Related to Measurement and Test Equipment

  • Measurement and Monitoring Tools Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order. Upon LAUSD’s request, Contractor shall provide LAUSD with access to the measurement and monitoring tools described herein, and to any information that they generate.

  • Performance Tests Contractor shall perform Performance Tests in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Agreement and Attachment S.

  • Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Compensation for work at termination will be based on a percentage of the work completed at that time. Should the State terminate this contract under paragraph (4) or (5) above, the Engineer shall not incur costs during the thirty-day notice period in excess of the amount incurred during the preceding thirty days.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Cost of Metering The Issuer shall not be obligated to pay any costs associated with the routine metering duties set forth in this Section 2, including the costs of installing, replacing and maintaining meters, nor shall the Issuer be entitled to any credit against the Servicing Fee for any cost savings realized by the Servicer as a result of new metering and/or billing technologies.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Previously Reviewed Receivable; Duplicative Tests If any Review Receivable was included in a prior Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will not conduct additional Tests on such Review Receivable, but will include the previously reported Test results in the Review Report for the current Review. If the same Test is required for more than one representation and warranty, the Asset Representations Reviewer will only perform the Test once for each Review Receivable, but will report the results of the Test for each applicable representation and warranty on the Review Report.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.
