Common use of Measurement of Energy Clause in Contracts

Measurement of Energy. Measurement of electrical energy shall be done at the Interconnection point or points by the metering system. Metering shall be at 220 kV side of the 33kV/220kV Solar Park Sub-Station where the power from the solar power project is injected and at the 220 kV side of the 33kV/220kV Solar Park Sub-Station. For commercial settlement, interconnection point or delivery point shall mean the point at 220 kV side of the 33kV/220kV Solar Park Sub-Station. All costs and losses up to that point will be to the account of the Solar Power Developers. It is pertinent to mention that the metering shall be done as per the provisions mentioned under the Implementation and Support Agreement signed between Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited and the Solar Power Developer
