MEASURES TO ACHIEVE EFFICIENCY AND FLEXIBILITY. 11.1 Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work are an average of 36 hours per week to be worked between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday on a nine-day fortnight basis. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Company and the majority of the employees concerned to accommodate the hours of work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the enterprise and the requirements of the client.
