MECHANICAL DESIGN/DOCUMENTATION Services. On an ongoing basis, Consultant shall develop and expand mechanical Schematic Design Documents and develop outline specifications or materials lists to establish: approximate equipment sizes and capabilities; preliminary equipment layouts; required space for equipment; required chases and clearances; acoustical and vibration control; visual impacts; and energy conservation measures.
