Mechanical Fasteners. ASTM C 1513, corrosion-resistant-coated, self-drilling, self-tapping steel drill screws.
Mechanical Fasteners. 1. Self-Drilling Screws:
a. Install screws in accordance with manufacturer's written instructions and with special installation tool. Do not over-torque.
b. Remove and redrive screws at side laps where upper sheet is not drawn tightly against lower sheet.
Mechanical Fasteners. Packing containers shall show name of manufacturer and product and FMRC approval mark.
Mechanical Fasteners. Refers to nails, screws, nuts bolts, drop-in anchors, and/or similar fastening devices, mechanical fasteners do not include bailing wire, tie wire, plastic wire ties, or any other banding type items.
Mechanical Fasteners. This warranty does not cover the securing of any type of mechanical fasteners directly into the material.
