WOOD DOORS. SCOPE: All materials and labor necessary for the installation of Wood Doors, required accessories and preparations for hardware.
WOOD DOORS. Interior doors shall be pre-finished solid core wood as manufactured by Mohawk Door Company, 2000 Premium Pre-finished Collection Oak series in a Walnut finish, or approved equal.

WOOD DOORS. Unpainted (oiled) doors will be thoroughly cleaned and oiled as often as necessary, but not less than once a year.
WOOD DOORS. (i) all wood doors will comply with all applicable standards, including the Quality Standards for Architectural Woodwork published by the AWMAC;
(ii) wood doors will have hardware and finishes that suit the intended function;
(iii) construct, finish, and install wood doors to minimize the requirement for maintenance and resulting disruption to BC Hydro Offices operations;
(iv) fire-resistance rated doors will have a homogeneous incombustible mineral core and meet AWMAC Quality Standards Option 5 blocking;
(v) install finish hardware securely to resist loosening over time. Fasten to solid wood backing, except where hardware is designed to be through-bolted; and
(vi) use paint grade hardwood veneer with AWMAC No. 3 edge, finish to suit the intended use.
WOOD DOORS. A. The Xxxxxxx team has included plain sliced, red oak 5-ply wood doors and associated hardware for the project as follows: EXHIBIT D ---------
WOOD DOORS. A. General:
1. All wood doors are to be fabricated to 1-3/4" thickness, in sizes and configurations described on the Drawings and Schedules.
2. Composite rails and mineral core minimum 3 ply structural attachments.
3. Door facing are to be bonded to xxxxxx, rails and core forming a 3-play structural attachment.
4. Provide complete hardware preparation to be machined done by door manufacturer, coordinate locations, sizes with door hardware.
5. Face bores for locks, coordinate with door hardware.
6. Vertical edge to be beveled.
7. All doors to be manufactured primed.
B. Exterior Doors
1. Entry door Type D-1: Masonite fiberglass on insulated core, Heritage fir textured Craftsman with Hartland glass. Rot resistance frame pre-hung.
2. Rear door Type D-6: Masonite fiberglass on insulated core, 2 panel with 9 lite insulated glass. Rot resistance frame pre-hung.
C. Interior Doors
1. Door type D-2: 6 panel molded, solid core, composite smooth. Wood pre-hung.
2. Door type D-3: 2 panel molded, solid core, composite smooth. Wood pre-hung.
3. Door type D-4: 6 panel bypass, 106 Series composite smooth, with hardware included. 106 Series by TRUporte.
4. Door type D-5: 6 panel molded, solid core, composite smooth with pocket door hardware kit.
5. Door type D-7: Masonite flush fiberglass on insulated core. Rot resistance frame pre- xxxx
X. Storm Doors
1. Aluminum frame, Low-E glass “etched” and insect screen. Full view interchangeable glass to insect screen panels as manufactured by Xxxxxxxx 3000 Series.
WOOD DOORS and FRAMES shall be unloaded and installed by the XXXXXXXXX.
WOOD DOORS. All exterior and interior wood doors, including frames & hinges, will be wiped down.
