Common use of Mechanic’s Licence Clause in Contracts

Mechanic’s Licence. Where it is a requirement of the position for an employee to hold a Mechanic’s Licence 310T and/or 310S, the Employer will pay the cost of maintaining the licence fee(s). In the event an employee who is applying for a licence renewal is required to take a test and the employee fails the test, subsequent tests will be at the expense of the employee.
