JURY PAY. When any full­ time employee who is covered by this agree­ ment is summoned for jury service, he shall be excused from work for the day on which he reports for jury service and/or serves. He shall receive for each such day on which he otherwise would have worked the difference between eight (8) times his regular hourly rate of pay and the payment he receives for jury service, if any; provided, however, that no payment shall be made under the provi­ sions of this Section to any employee sum­ moned for jury service unless he shall have advised the Employer of the receipt by him of such jury summons not later than the next regularly scheduled workday after re­ ceipt of said summons. Before any payment shall be made to any employee hereunder, he shall present to the Employer proof of his summons for service, and of the time served and the amount of pay received therefor, if he shall have served as juror. The provisions of this Section shall apply only when an em­ ployee is summoned for jury duty and shall not apply if an employee volunteers to serve as a juror. When an employee is released for a day or part of day during any period of jury service, he shall report to his store for work.

JURY PAYWhen an employee is called for jury duty, the employee shall receive full pay for up to seven (7) consecutive working days. Employee keeps jury pay received from the Government. Employees must notify the Employer promptly (i.e., within three (3) working days after receipt of notice) when they are called for jury service in order to give the Employer an opportunity to have the employee’s dates of jury service revised so as to least interfere with the Employer’s operations. If the employee fails to give the Employer prompt notice that he/she was called for jury service, the employee shall not be entitled to jury pay under this provision. If the employee fails to give the Employer proof of service of jury duty within three (3) working days after the end of jury service, the time taken will be considered leave without pay.
JURY PAY. The Town shall grant leave to a regular employee called to jury duty or jury service and pay the difference between his/her regular pay and his/her juror's pay upon presentation to the Town of an official statement of jury pay received. Employees excused from jury duty must report back to work during their normal work or duty hours.

JURY PAY. Employees summoned for jury duty shall be granted a leave of absence with pay for time lost from their regular work schedule while on said jury duty upon presentation of the appropriated documentation of service to the Department Head. An employee who serves as a juror in a federal court or in the courts of the Commonwealth, the Employee shall receive from the Town the difference between their salary and the compensation they receive fir such jury service, exclusive of any travel or other allowance; provided, however, they shall receive full pay for the first three (3) days of jury service for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
JURY PAYSection 17.1 Any regular employee who is called for service as a juror shall be excused from work for those hours necessary in order to serve, and shall be reimbursed for scheduled working time lost up to a maximum of eight (8) hours per day and a maximum of eighty (80) hours per calendar year. Jury pay shall be computed at the number of hours per week in the employee's regular schedule and at the employee's regular straight-time hourly rate. The employer may request documentation of any monies the employee received from the court to offset lost wages while serving as a juror. The employer may than deduct this amount from the employee’s jury pay.
JURY PAYThe Employer agrees to make up the difference in a Supervisor’s wages in accordance with M.G.L. 234A and shall be paid regular wages for the first three (3) days, or part thereof at the Supervisor’s regular straight time rate.
