JURY PAY. When any full­ time employee who is covered by this agree­ ment is summoned for jury service, he shall be excused from work for the day on which he reports for jury service and/or serves. He shall receive for each such day on which he otherwise would have worked the difference between eight (8) times his regular hourly rate of pay and the payment he receives for jury service, if any; provided, however, that no payment shall be made under the provi­ sions of this Section to any employee sum­ moned for jury service unless he shall have advised the Employer of the receipt by him of such jury summons not later than the next regularly scheduled workday after re­ ceipt of said summons. Before any payment shall be made to any employee hereunder, he shall present to the Employer proof of his summons for service, and of the time served and the amount of pay received therefor, if he shall have served as juror. The provisions of this Section shall apply only when an em­ ployee is summoned for jury duty and shall not apply if an employee volunteers to serve as a juror. When an employee is released for a day or part of day during any period of jury service, he shall report to his store for work.

If the employee fails to give the Employer prompt notice that he/she was called for jury service, the employee shall not be entitled to jury pay under this provision. If the employee fails to give the Employer proof of service of jury duty within three (3) working days after the end of jury service, the time taken will be considered leave without pay.

JURY PAY. The Town shall grant leave to a regular employee called to jury duty or jury service and pay the difference between his/her regular pay and his/her juror's pay upon presentation to the Town of an official statement of jury pay received. Employees excused from jury duty must report back to work during their normal work or duty hours.
JURY PAY. 15.1 The District agrees to make up the difference in an employee's wages between a normal week's wages and compensation received for jury duty, exclusive of travel or any other allowance. If employee is excused from jury duty for or during a specific day before the end of the employee's shift, said employee is to report promptly to his/her assigned work station, except that an employee whose work schedule requires him/her to work after 5:00 p.m. shall not be required to report to his/her assigned work station on those days that such employee's attendance is required at the Court House.
JURY PAY. 25.1 When an employee is called and reports for jury duty, they will be reimbursed for the difference between the amount paid for such service (exclusive of travel allowance) and the regular straight-time earnings which they would have received had they reported for work as scheduled (not including any premium pay or overtime, however). To be entitled to such benefit, an employee must: 25.1.1 Have been assigned work on the day in question; 25.1.2 Must report back promptly to work as soon as practicable if released during their scheduled working hours and after having served for less than four hours. If jury service is over four hours, the employee will not be expected to report for work on the day of such jury service.
