Media Agreement. Images submitted by Client for use on the CCA website and for use in designing Client’s window banner may be used for CCA publicity and/or CCA publications. They may also be used for Provo City publicity, i.e. Activity Guide stock images, etc.

Media Agreement. At the discretion of the Executive Director or Volunteer Coordinator, any violation of the expectations outlined below may lead to the termination of your volunteer position with the Organization.
Media Agreement. The Performer agrees to allow the Client to use their likeness, photographs, stage name, and tagline for promotion of the Show. The Performer agrees to allow the Venue to use their likeness, photographs, stage name, and tagline for promotion of the Show. The Performer agrees to provide the Client with social media-appropriate photos to use on digital flyers for use in promoting the Show. The Performer understands that the Client and the Show do not have any policies forbidding the use of photography or videography by audience members during the Performance, and understands that photos, videos, or media may be captured by guests. The Performer understands that the Client and Venue are not responsible for the distribution of any photos, videos, or media captured by guests. The Client grants the Performer the right to use any photos, videos, or media taken during the Show in future advertisement or self-promotion, including advertisement or self-promotion which may result in financial gain for the Performer, without the Client receiving any financial gain. The Client and the Venue reserve the right to use any released photos, videos, or media for future promotional purposes.

Media Agreement. Sometimes we take pictures, videos and audio recordings to help communicate our impact to the community and funders. I give Phoenix Bikes permission for any responsible use of photographs taken by Phoenix Bikes staff or affiliates in which I or my affiliates appear. I understand that this media may be used in displays, publications, displayed on social media websites or sent to the press for publication in a newspaper or use on television or radio. I and my parent/guardian agree to all terms in both Youth Conduct Agreements and Releases.
