– Media Interactions. All TV, radio and print media relations efforts are to be handled solely by revital U or its affiliates’ public relations department. Brand Influencers are prohibited from initiating contact, issuing statements, making appearances or conducting interviews with the media in which revital U and/or its affiliates are discussed. If a member of the media contacts a Brand Influencer to discuss any aspect of revital U, the Brand Influencer should direct that person, without comment or discussion, to contact revital U’s public relations department.

– Media Interactions. The Executive Leadership Team and staff will be the primary points of contact and only authorized sources for presenting official CORE3 statements to the media. They may choose to designate other representatives to specific topics or issues. This does not preclude members from talking to the media in regards to their individual or their organization’s interest in the project, but should clarify that they are not speaking on behalf of the full Executive Council. Anyone, including Executive Leadership Team members and staff, must inform the full Executive Leadership and staff team of any intended contact with the media regarding the CORE3 project.

  • Media Relations 7.1 Elected officers or appointed committee chairpersons of the Union shall be allowed to speak or comment to the media while on duty provided they change into civilian clothes and provided further, that they do not purport to represent the views of the Department. The Chief's office shall be informed in advance, whenever possible, of such contact with the media. No member shall leave their duty or work station without specific prior approval of the Chief of the Department or authorized management official. Approval shall include consideration of the operating needs and work schedules of the Department or division to which the member is assigned.

  • Media Contacts Institution and Investigator shall not, and shall ensure that its personnel do not engage in interviews or other contacts with the media, including but not limited to newspapers, radio, television and the Internet, related to the Study, the Investigational Product, Inventions, or Study Results without the prior written consent of Sponsor.   • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.
