Common use of Medical and Dental Plan Coverage Clause in Contracts

Medical and Dental Plan Coverage. From the Closing Date through May 31, 2014, Seller will provide each of the Company’s employees with benefits under the medical and dental plans in which the Company’s employees participate at the Closing consistent with Company practice before Closing. Seller will xxxx Buyer for the actual cost of such benefits from the Closing Date through May 31, 2014. Seller shall pay such amount within five business days of receipt of invoice.
