MEDICAL CARE AND OTHER PERSONAL SERVICES a. Availability of Medical Care. Due to the nature of travel by sea and the ports visited, the availability of medical care onboard the Vessel and in ports of call may be limited or delayed and medical evacuation may not be possible from the Vessel while at sea or from every location to which the Vessel sails.

MEDICAL CARE AND OTHER PERSONAL SERVICES a. Medical Release. I acknowledge and agree that participation in U See It’s College Tours subjects me to possibility of physical illness or injury (minimal, serious, catastrophic and/or death) and that I acknowledge I am assuming the risk of such illness or injury by participating in the College Tour. In the event of such illness or injury, I authorize U See It to obtain necessary medical treatment of me and hereby, in my own behalf release and hold harmless U See It in the exercises of this authority. I further acknowledge and understand that I will be responsible for any and all medical and related bills that may be incurred on my behalf for any illness or injury that I may sustain during the College Tour.

  • PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State. If the services are so rendered, such remuneration or income as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State unless he has a fixed base regularly available to him in the other Contracting State for the purpose of performing his activities. If he has such a fixed base, the income may be taxed in the other State but only so much of it as is attributable to that fixed base.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.
