Common use of Medical Checks Clause in Contracts

Medical Checks. 19.1. The Company at all times reserves the right to direct you, at the Company’s expense to undergo a medical examination from a medical practitioner nominated by the Company and reasonably agreed to by the Employee, where the Company has reasonable cause to suspect a medical condition that may compromise the performance of your duties or fitness to work, or the Company’s legal obligations under any legislation or at Common Law.
