Common use of Medical Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Medical Evaluation. Prior to granting a medical leave, the Supervisor may require an Employee to be evaluated by a medical practitioner selected by the Employer. The cost of the medical evaluation shall be borne by the Employer. The Employer shall maintain confidentiality of the evaluation and only pertinent information shall be disclosed.
