Notice of Return. Teachers on an approved leave for the full school year shall notify the Superintendent, in writing, of his/her intent to return from said leave for the ensuing school year on or before February 1 of the year of the leave. Failure to give such notice shall constitute a presumption that said teacher has resigned. The following conditions shall apply relative to the return from leave:
Notice of Return. The teacher on leave must submit written notice to the Superintendent by April 1 of the school year in which the leave expires (or in the case of leaves for less than a year, such other date as may be set by prior agreement between the Superintendent and the teacher) stating the teacher’s intent to return to work the following year.
Notice of Return. A bargaining unit member shall notify the Superintendent in writing by March 1 of the sabbatical year of his/her desire to return.
Notice of Return. The date of the anticipated return will be established with the Superintendent at the time the leave commences. The date of anticipated return will, if requested by the administrator, be extended to the applicable September 1 at which the administrator is physically capable of resuming administrative duties. At the time of return, a doctor's certificate of good health must be presented upon request.
Notice of Return. The unit member on family care leave should notify the District at least two (2) weeks before the estimated return date to confirm that he/she will return on such date. Where no return date has been estimated, the unit member will notify the District of the intended return date at least two (2) weeks prior to return. Workers using leave on an intermittent basis, as authorized by law must try to schedule the leave to minimize disruption to normal operations.
Notice of Return. 11.2.1 At least five (5) working days prior to the end of any leave of thirty (30) or more calendar days, the employeeon leave must submit in writing to the Human Resources Office, notice of the employee’s intent to return to work, or a request for further leave, or a letter of resignation.
Notice of Return. A teacher on a long-term leave shall notify the Board of his/her desire to return from such leave as early in the leave as possible but no later than April 1st for those wishing to return at the beginning of the next school year or no later than December 1st for those wishing to return at the beginning of the second semester.
Notice of Return i. When requesting a parental leave of absence of any duration, the employee must indicate the intended date of return. They must notify the Superintendent, in writing, at least four (4) weeks prior to the expiration of the leave of their intention to return to work. In the case of an extended parental leave of absence, employees must notify the Superintendent in writing by March 15 of their intention to return to service the following school year. An employee who fails to so notify the Superintendent in writing, or who does not xxxxxxx said written notice, but fails to so notify the Superintendent in writing, or who does not xxxxxxx said written notice, but fails to return to duty at the expiration of the leave without good reason, shall be deemed absent without leave, and the School Committee’s obligation to provide a position for said employee shall cease.
Notice of Return. Notice of the employee’s desire to return to service must be given by the employee by April 1st of the year of the absence or by prior agreement, the specific date for return of the employee may be designated.
Notice of Return. The Unit Member on leave shall notify the Employer of his/her intended return no later than February 15 of the school year preceding such return.
