Medical Expense Reimbursement. During the Term, in addition to the benefits to be provided to Executive pursuant to Section 5.5 hereof, Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses not reimbursed by insurance or otherwise for "medical care" (as such term in defined in Section 213 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended) for himself and his immediate family; provided, however, that such reimbursement shall not exceed $5,000 per annum.
