Common use of Medical Expense Clause in Contracts

Medical Expense. During the term of this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay your current monthly COBRA insurance premiums (“COBRA premiums”) up to a maximum of $1,200.00 per month until such time that the Company can make available an alternative medical insurance plan.
