Common use of Medical Group Costs Clause in Contracts

Medical Group Costs. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Medical Group shall pay all of the costs specified in this Section 5.7 (the "Medical Group Costs"). All Medical Group Costs shall be incurred in the name of the Medical Group, and not in the name of the Management Company, and shall be paid from an account of the Medical Group and not from any bank account of the Management Company. The Medical Group Costs are as follows:
