Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.
Time Management Because of the nature of the duties performed by these supervisors, it is impracticable to apply provisions which prescribe normal work hours. However, it is normally expected that eighty (80) hours of work shall constitute a normal payroll period. It is recognized that these supervisors are responsible for managing and accounting for their own hours of work and that they may work hours in excess of the normal work day and/or payroll period and may make adjustments in hours of work in subsequent work days and/or payroll periods, provided such time management system does not result in overtime payment or guarantee hour-for-hour time off for extra hours worked.
Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.
Service Monitoring Customer gives express consent for Vodafone to monitor Customer’s use of the Service (and disclose and otherwise use the information obtained) only to: (a) the extent allowed by Applicable Law; (b) comply with Applicable Law; (c) protect the Network from misuse; (d) protect the integrity of the public internet and/or Vodafone’s systems and Networks; (e) the extent necessary to determine if Customer has breached any conditions or restrictions on use of the Service; (f) provide the Service; and/or (g) take other actions agreed or requested by Customer.
Hospice g. Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.
System Monitoring to ensure safe and continuous operation, the Customer must monitor key services and resource use as recommended by Deswik, and provide Deswik with details of monitoring and any relevant alerts as needed. Services to be monitors include, without limitation, disk space, CPU usage, memory usage, database connectivity, and network utilization.
Medical Exams 18.1: The Sheriff's Department may require a physical and/or psychological exam by a doctor, at the Employer's expense, to determine the employee's ability to perform his/her regular duties, if deemed appropriate. The employee may obtain a second opinion, at the employee's expense, and in the event there is a dispute between the Employer's doctor and the employee's doctor, both of these doctors shall select a third doctor, whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The expense for the third doctor's opinion shall be split 50-50 by the Employer and the employee if not covered by the employee's insurance.
