Access to Resources. In accordance with the Investment Advisory Agreement, the Manager has access to the personnel and other resources of Colony necessary for the performance of the duties of the Manager set forth in the Management Agreement and as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
Access to Resources. The Advisor has access to the personnel and other resources necessary for the performance of the duties of the Advisor set forth in the Advisory Agreement to which the Advisor is a party and as disclosed in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus.
Access to Resources. The University shall provide employees access to office space, desk space, telephone service, computers, storage space, office supplies, texts and/or reading materials, photocopy services, fax services, and office, laboratory, studio, and/or instructional equipment, for use in completing their assigned instructional or research responsibilities.
Access to Resources. Employees who are assigned instructional or research duties shall be provided reasonable access to departmental laboratories, studios, computer centers, photocopy services, and the like used in connection with assigned responsibilities.
Access to Resources. The School shall ensure that its department heads have authority to ensure faculty and Participating Student access to appropriate resources for the Participating Students’ education.
Access to Resources. Employees should be provided reasonable access to the materials, facilities, and equipment necessary for the performance of their work assignments. When an employee believes reasonable access has been denied the employee should consult the supervisor to determine a mutually satisfactory arrangement. Specifically, the College shall provide:
1. Access to a lockable office space, either individual or shared, equipped with a desk or work table, chair, file drawer, bookshelf, a telephone, and a computer with intranet and internet access and running the standard administrative and productivity software adopted by the College,
2. Means (e.g., key, card, or code) to individually access the assigned office and any buildings the employee may be required to use,
3. Access to all campus resources necessary to effectively deliver course materials to their class and to facilitate appropriate communication between the faculty member and their students, including but not limited to duplication services, supplies, conference space, texts, and other instructional materials.
Access to Resources. The Resident Representative represents and warrants that he/ she has legal access to Resident’s income, assets and resources to pay for the services provided by the Facility. The Resident Representative does not, by reason of signing this Agreement, assume an obligation to reimburse the Facility for Resident’s care, except from Resident’s income, assets and resources; however, the Resident Representative does assume other legal obligations as set forth in this Agreement and the Resident Representative Agreement and may be held legally responsible for failing to fulfill these obligations.
Access to Resources. The use of the Chilliwack School District information technology resources is a privilege. Information technology use that violates or attempts to violate, the security of the system, terminate or impede network or computing resource access, or subvert or attempts to subvert other systems is prohibited. Students may access Chilliwack School District information technology when specifically authorized by school district staff. The Chilliwack School District may limit the use of district information technology resources to balance availability with need. The Chilliwack School District may examine network accounts at any time without notice to the account holder to ensure compliance with district policies.
Access to Resources. Customer shall supply Datapath with access to appropriate personnel, documentation, records, and facilities as requested by Datapath from time to time in order for Datapath to perform the Services. Customer shall supply to Datapath vendor support contract, contact information or any other such service required to access patches, support information, manuals, or other information related to Customer’s operating system and applications. Customer shall designate an Authorized Contact(s) to be the point of contact to interface with Datapath Technical Support. Datapath shall be excused from its obligation to provide Services or shall be granted additional time to provide Services to the extent Customer’s failure to provide the foregoing causes delays in Datapath’s provision of Services.
Access to Resources. The Grantee must not use, access or seek to gain access to any of the VBA's personnel, technology, technological systems, data or materials (Resources), except with the prior written consent of the VBA's Representative (which may contain conditions). If the VBA's Representative provides the Grantee with consent to access any Resources, the Grantee must only access such Resources for the purposes approved in writing by the VBA.
