Common use of Medical Inquiries Clause in Contracts

Medical Inquiries. MGI shall refer to Connetics all medical questions or inquiries relating to the Product directed to MGI or MGI's Sales Force, except that Adverse Event Reports shall be handled as set forth in SECTION 7.3. MGI's medical inquiry personnel shall instruct individuals who contact MGI or its Sales Force to direct medical inquiries directly to Connetics.
