Common use of Medical Requirements Clause in Contracts

Medical Requirements. A. All written statements from a doctor testifying to a teacher’s state of health and x-ray certificates shall be kept in the teacher’s personnel file unless otherwise required by law. B. The Board shall provide, free of charge, a licensed physician to issue to each teacher any required health certificate; or each teacher may secure said certificate from his/her own licensed physician at the teacher’s expense.
