Medical Review Process. β€Œ 6.6.1 If as a result of physical or mental incapacity kaimahi are unable to perform the duties of the position, the employer will: a) consult with the kaimahi and TEU. b) Require the kaimahi to undergo a medical examination, at the expense of the employer, by a registered medical practitioner nominated by the employer, or if the kaimahi wishes, two registered medical practitioners, one nominated by the employer and the other by the kaimahi. c) Take into account any report and/or recommendation made available as a result of the medical examination(s) or any other medical reports and/or recommendations which are provided by the kaimahi, and apply one or a combination of the following options: I. no further action under this clause.
