Designation of Union Representatives. (1) National: The designated officials at the national level are the President, General Vice-President, and Secretary- Treasurer, NFFE-FSC. (2) Intermediate: The NFFE-FSC Vice Presidents are the designated officials at the respective intermediate level (for example: Region, Research, CCC, WO). When there is no NFFE-FSC Vice President, the NFFE-FSC President is the designated official. (3) NFFE-FSC officials at the National and Intermediate level may designate other union officials to act on their behalf, in accordance with 1.f.(5) below.

The FSC will provide Management with a list of names and email addresses of all FSC officers. (2) The FSC Vice Presidents are the designated officials at the respective intermediate level. Each Local may designate additional representatives for specific matters, for each line organization, and for different shifts or duty stations. Any such designations shall be in writing. When there is no Local President, the FSC Vice President to which that Local is assigned will be the designated official. (4) Articles 9 and 11 establish designated contacts for the purposes of those articles. (5) The Union will inform Management in writing of its designated representa- tives and will provide Management with a written notice of any change of a designated official or representative within 14 days of the change.
Designation of Union Representatives. ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to recognize duly designated union representatives for purposes of official time usage. The number of union representatives shall be one union president, plus one union officer or xxxxxxx for each 100 bargaining unit employees. Designation of Union Representatives. (a) The National shall advise the Company, in writing, of the names of Employees who are serving as Officers or Union Representatives of the National. (b) The Local shall advise Local Management, in writing, of the names of Employees who are serving as Officers or Union Representatives of the Local. (c) The President of each Local or such specific Union Representatives as may be designated by the Local shall be recognized by the Company as the business agent representing the Employees under the jurisdiction of the respective Local. (d) The President of each Local shall notify Local Management, in writing, as to the Union Representatives of the Local who are authorized by the Local to represent Employees in certain territories for the purpose of settling grievances. This notice shall clearly state the territories and jurisdictions delegated to such Representatives. 3 Reclassification of Union Representatives (a) A proposal on the part of the Company to change the classification of a Union Representative to a classification not represented by the Union shall be made, in writing, to the Union with a copy to the Employee involved, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such change. (b) In the event an Employee serving as a Union Representative gives the Company a signed statement indicating that the Employee does not wish to be considered for any change in classification which would remove the Employee from the bargaining unit while serving the Union in such capacity, the Company shall not offer to make such change while the Employee is serving in such capacity.
Designation of Union Representatives. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, only those Employees on the designated Representatives list provided by NTEU in Article 6, Section 6.03 will be authorized to use Union Official Time.

If such Holders have not selected a replacement Representative within sixty (60) days following the effective date of the resignation, then Portal may, at any time, by giving notice to the Company and all of the Holders, designate a replacement Representative who shall not be related to or affiliated with Portal or the Company.

  • Appointment of Representatives 11.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint employees as Union Representatives. The Union will provide the Employer with the names of all Union Representatives within a reasonable period. 11.02 The Union shall determine the jurisdiction of each Union Representative, having regard to the plan of organization, the distribution of employees at the workplace and the administrative structure implied by the grievance procedure covered by this Agreement.
