Medical, Sick Leave and Life Insurance Benefits. Every person covered by this Agreement shall be bound by the conditions specified in the plans developed for the employees' security as agreed upon by the City and the Union and shall be eligible for such benefits as are set forth in these plans which cover medical, sick leave, life insurance and dental benefits.
