Common use of Medical Staff Clause in Contracts

Medical Staff. To ensure continuity of care in the community, Purchaser agrees that the Hospital's medical staff members in good standing as of the Effective Time shall maintain medical staff privileges at the Hospital as of the Effective Time. On and after the Effective Time, the medical staff will be subject to the Hospital's Medical Staff Bylaws then in effect, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

On and after the Effective Time, the medical staff will be subject to the each Hospital's ’s Medical Staff Bylaws then in effect, as amended from time to time in accordance the extent consistent with the terms thereofapplicable law.
