Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT). Contractor shall not deny services to offenders who are on MAT. Contractors shall coordinate with the State for an individualized treatment plan for offenders on MAT.
Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT). State supports MAT and prefers contracts with providers who accept clients who are on MAT and who will ensure treatment staff are trained, competent, and supportive of this evidence-based treatment modality.
