Medication Support Services means those services provided by a licensed Sample Clauses

Medication Support Services means those services provided by a licensed physician, 10 registered nurse, or other qualified medical staff, which includes prescribing, administering, dispensing 11 and monitoring of psychiatric medications or biologicals and which are necessary to alleviate the 12 symptoms of mental illness. These services also include evaluation and documentation of the clinical 13 justification and effectiveness for use of the medication, dosage, side effects, compliance and response 14 to medication, as well as obtaining informed consent, providing medication education and plan 15 development related to the delivery of the service and/or assessment of the Client.
