Medium and Place of Payment. The principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds shall be payable in lawful money of the United States of America. Principal of the Bonds at maturity or at earlier redemption is payable to the Owner upon presentation and surrender of the Bond at the designated corporate trust office of the Trustee, provided that payments of principal pursuant to a mandatory sinking fund redemption (other than the final installment due at maturity) or other partial redemption shall be made without presentation and surrender of the Bonds. Interest on the Bonds shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year comprised of twelve 30-day months. Interest on the Bonds shall be payable by check or draft mailed to the respective Owners thereof at the address shown on the registration books kept by the Registrar, except in the case of Owners of $1,000,000 or more in aggregate principal amount of Bonds, to which interest may be payable by wire transfer to an account within the United States upon written instruction to the Trustee made prior to a Record Date by such Owner together with CUSIP number identification (if any) with appropriate dollar amounts for each CUSIP number.

Interest on the Bonds shall be payable to the registered Owners of the Bonds by check or draft mailed to such Owners at their addresses as they appear on registration books kept by the Trustee as Bond Registrar, or, upon the request of any registered Owner of Bonds having an aggregate principal amount of $1,000,000 or more, by wire transfer of immediately available funds from the Trustee to the bank and account number specified by such Owner in writing to the Trustee at least three (3) Business Days prior to the applicable payment date.
