Meet. When used as a noun in this chapter, "meet" refers to a meeting at the site of proposed excavation requested at the time of notice by the excavator with all affected underground facility operators to further clarify the precise geographic location of excavation, schedule locating, propose future contacts, and share other information concerning the excavation and facilities.

Meet. It is agreed that the Employer and the Union will meet from time to time in conference as necessary or as provided herein for mutual benefit and agreement in matters affecting the rates of pay, hours of labor, or working conditions of employees covered by this Agreement or of claims and grievances arising thereunder.

  • Timetable In order to set a timetable and procedural framework within which the subcommittees will accomplish their tasks, the parties have further agreed to the following: The subcommittees referenced in Section 1 above will be appointed and have their first organizational meeting within six (6) weeks of the date of the MOU ratification. Each subcommittee shall provide to the Head of the affected Department a final report no later than thirty (30) weeks after the date of the MOU ratification.
