Common use of Meeting Agendas Clause in Contracts

Meeting Agendas. The Association President or his/her designee shall be furnished a tentative agenda at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any regularly scheduled Board meeting. In the case of meetings involving important considerations (e.g., appropriations, budget adoption), the Board will make every attempt to supply copies of such attachments for Association study as soon as they can be made available. The formal agenda and all attachments shall be furnished at all Board meetings.
