Meeting Between the Parties. 10.1 Representatives of FS and Buyer will meet once per calendar quarter at a mutually agreed upon location to advise each other of the performance and future plans relating to their respective businesses, to assure each Party of the other’s ability to continue to perform the agreement and to explore additional ways to work together for mutual benefit and to discuss the rolling forecast in accordance with Section 3.3. Each Party will maintain a primary contact person for these purposes. 10.2 In addition to the quarterly meetings described in Section 10.1, FS and Buyer shall conduct an annual summary meeting in order to review performance of each Party hereunder. 10.3 Neither Party will be required to disclose proprietary business information to the other Party in connection with meetings under this Section 10.
