Meeting, Notices, and General Information. Upon prior notification to the building principal and/or the superintendent, provided that there is no conflict with previously scheduled building use, the Association shall be permitted the use of the school buildings for meetings outside of regular teacher work hours. They shall have use of teacher mail boxes, inter-school mail, district technology, and school bulletin boards in teacher work rooms for the purpose of internal communication. In the event the building is used on a non-school day, the Association will reimburse the district for any additional expense incurred.
