Meeting with the Employee. Any employee who feels he has been aggrieved may request permission from his supervisor to leave work temporarily, in order to discuss the complaint with a Union representative within the facility. Neither the employee nor the Union representative shall suffer a loss of pay. Suitable arrangements for an appropriate time and place shall be made with the General Manager or designate.
