Common use of Meetings of the Committee Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Committee. Either group of representatives on the Bargaining Committee may call for a meeting which shall be held not later than thirty (30) calendar days, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the two Parties, from the date of such notification given in writing and stating the reason for such a meeting. The time and place of the meeting shall be mutually agreeable to the two Parties.
