Common use of Meetings with Members Clause in Contracts

Meetings with Members. Authorized PCC-CFT representatives conducting PCC-CFT business may meet with unit members on District property only during times when the unit members are not required to perform assigned duties. Casual, incidental and brief conversations between employees during times when they are required to perform duties are not prohibited by this provision. PCC-CFT members shall be released at prearranged dates and times to attend an information/ratification vote meeting once a year or at such time as any part of PCC-CFT contract is subject to ratification.
