Member Cost of Living Rates. Bargaining unit members who are eligible to participate in the Marin County Employee Retirement Association will pay their full share of members’ cost of living rates as allowed under Articles 6 and 6.8 of the 1937 Retirement Act. Miscellaneous and safety member contribution rates include both the basic and COLA portions (50% of COLA is charged to members as defined in the 1937 Act).
