Bargaining Unit Discrimination. No member, official, or representative of Local 1 shall, in any way, suffer any type of discrimination in connection with continued employment, promotion, or otherwise by virtue of membership in or representation by the Bargaining Unit.

Bargaining Unit Discrimination. The Company shall not discriminate in favor of or against any employee or groups of employees within the bargaining unit as to hours, wages, or conditions of work by granting any employee or groups o( employees different terms of employment than those set forth herein.
