Member Names. Following the Closing, Buyer agrees and agrees to cause the Company to use commercially reasonable efforts (i) not to use any domain name set forth in Schedule 3.12(c) of the Disclosure Schedule containing “verizonhearst” and (ii) to replace “Verizon Hearst Media Partners” as a party named in any contract with the name of the Company as such contracts are amended, renewed, supplemented or otherwise modified in the ordinary course of business; provided that in any case, Buyer shall and shall cause the Company to cease all use of the domain names described in clause (i) no later than the one-year anniversary of the Closing Date.
Member Names. Upon your registration as a Member of xxxxxxx.xxx, you must choose one or more Member names to identify yourself to other Members and xxxxxxx.xxx staff. You may not select or use a Member name of another person (unless it is also your name), or a name which violates any third party's trademark right, copyright, or other proprietary right, which is or may be illegal, which may cause confusion, or which Mpath deems in its discretion to be vulgar or otherwise offensive. Mpath reserves the right to delete any vulgar or otherwise offensive Member name, or to require deletion thereof.

Member Names. Neither Member may use the name of the other Members or their Affiliates in paid media advertising or promotions or for any other purpose, without the prior written consent of such other Members; provided, however, that such names may be used to the extent reasonably necessary in the ordinary course of business.
