Common use of Member of Another Association Clause in Contracts

Member of Another Association. Should the Artist already be a member of another professional performing artists’ association or union (such as, but not limited to, AEA, UDA, ACTRA), he/she shall be subject to the provisions of the applicable reciprocal agreement between Equity and said association.

Member of Another Association. Should the Artist already be a member of another professional performing artists’ ' association or union (such as, but not limited to, AEA, UDA, ACTRA), he/she they shall be subject to the provisions of the applicable appropriate reciprocal agreement between Equity and said that association.
