Member Tax Information. The Members of the Consolidated Group shall submit the tax information requested by the Designated Official of AGL Resources in the manner and by the date requested, in order to enable the Designated Official to calculate the amounts payable by the Members pursuant to Article 3 hereof.

Member Tax Information. Within forty-five (45) days after the end of ---------------------- each Taxable Year, the Company will cause to be delivered to each Person who was a Member at any time during such Taxable Year a Form K-1 and such other information, if any, with respect to the Company as may be necessary for the preparation of such Member's federal, state and local income tax returns.

Member Tax Information. GP or any person designated by GP shall be responsible for the preparation of any tax return and any calculation required by this Second Amended and Restated Tax Allocation Agreement (including estimated taxes). The Members shall submit the tax information requested by GP, in the manner and by the date requested, in order to enable GP to calculate the amounts payable by the Members pursuant to this Second Amended and Restated Tax Allocation Agreement.

Member Tax Information. As soon as reasonably possible after the end of each Fiscal Year, the Managers or a designated Officer will cause to be delivered to each Person who was a Member at any time during such Fiscal Year, IRS Schedule K-1 to Form 1065 and such other information with respect to the Company as may be necessary for the preparation of such Person’s federal, state and local income tax returns for such Fiscal Year.
