Membership and Dues Authorization Forms. 2.6.1 The Employer will inform all new employees that an agreement between the Parties is in effect including the dues check off provision. 2.6.2 The Employer shall ensure that Application for Membership forms as well as dues authorization forms are signed by new employees at the earliest date following their commencement of employment. Copies of signed forms will be forwarded to the TRUFA.
