Common use of Membership Dues Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Membership Dues Reimbursement. Upon presentation of adequate proof to the Finance Department, employees shall be reimbursed the cost of membership dues in local, state and/or national professional Associations appropriate to their current position held. Such reimbursement shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) annually. In no event shall reimbursement be made for membership dues or assessments of any kind whatsoever associated with any organization that represents MACA employees in collective bargaining activities.
