Membership Rights. 5:01 There shall be no discrimination or intimidation of any Teacher by reason of a Teacher’s membership or activity in the Ontario Teachers’ Federation or its affiliates or by virtue of holding office therein. 5:02 There shall be no discrimination or intimidation of any Teacher on account of a Teacher’s participation in negotiations with the Board.
